• Our offices are located at 50 Gateway Park Drive, Pokeno 2402 (40 km South of Auckland Airport) and 12 Holt Place, Burnside, 8053 Christchurch (7 mins drive from the terminal).AirportTransfers to/from the Auckland office address are included in the relocation Deal. Other locations please make your own way.

 

• Non-refundable deposit: A minimum 250 NZD or your booking amount  is required to confirm the booking. Once you pick up , this deposit can be refunded or deduct your RUC or extra days' rental.

 

• Parking is available near both bases on street for free.

 

• The ferry ticket for the vehicle and the driver may included in the relocation deal. A provisional booking within your travel period has been made to ensure you can travel, as availability continues to be tight at times across the Strait. You must let us know your preferred time for the crossing once relocation booking is confirmed and we will make the reservation accordingly. Extra passenger tickets can be bought directly from the ferry operators. Please contact them for prices.  

 

• Standard Excess/bond is $7500. Excess amounts mentioned above apply per incident. Please ensure your credit card has enough credits to do the card authorization. We can not provide the vehicle if bond authorization failed. Also please drop off the vehicle on time. Delay will incur a penalty.

 

• Inclusions: 1 tank of Fuel and 1 LPG gas bottle may included. 

 

• Exclusions: All extra fuel, Adblue, LPG gas , RUC($0.09/km) travel and flight expenses are at your own expense unless mentioned in offer inclusions. 

 

• Cancelation: If you cancel the booking deposit is non-refundable. McRent reserve rights to cancel the booking anytimes, deposit may refundable if McRent cancel the booking.
