- A valid and full/unrestricted driving licence issued in Australia or New-Zealand, -or- a legally confirmed English translation of your driving licence, accompanied by a valid driving licence from your country
- Transfercar will not deduct any money off your credit or debit card for insurance purposes. The cutting-edge onboard Composition Media touchscreen interface, complemented by a comprehensive 360-degree protection system, alerts you to obstacles before you hit them. Single travellers with a child in a rear-facing car seat can disable the passenger airbag for increased safety. The rear bed can be set up as one large double bed or two single beds. The mattress foam by Dunlop is mould resistant, high quality and extremely comfortable. With a reliable 12V power supply in mind, we have installed a large and MPPT controlled 340W solar panel. Combined with a 2.88KWh battery power bank, the setup allows for extended periods off-grid and unlimited independence in summer. To keep you warm in cold nights, we've integrated a powerful 2KW Webasto diesel heater and insulated the ceiling and walls with genuine New Zealand sheep wool. For your convenience, we've strategically placed various USB and 12V outlets in the sleeping area. The rear windows, the sliding door window and a roof hatch can also be opened to provide excellent ventilation. Standard features include the Avtex 19-inch TV and Avtex Bluetooth soundbar combination. Ambient LED lighting has been fitted throughout. Our spacious pull-out pantry offers enough storage to accommodate large food supplies. The 60-litre 12V fridge is perfectly sized for 2 people. The gas powered on-board hot water system is instantaneous, incredibly efficient and simple to operate. This vehicle was designed to accommodate 2 travellers whilst freedom camping in New Zealand. This vehicle is certified self-contained in accordance with the Plumbers, Gas and Drain Fitters (Self-Contained Vehicles) Regulations 2023 (the new rules - green warrant). |

Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.
